I had over 1100 ads stored on the old system, when you changed I now have 300 or so. Where have all my ads and pictures gone to that were on the old system. This is terrible, costing me money!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It looks like you were creating multiple ads within one inventory item for different physical items. Please note that it is best to create separate inventory items when it is for separate physical items. Multiple ads within one inventory item are best if it is the same physical item that you are listing in different ways.
I have asked our engineers to separate out the ads for you, so that they are separate inventory items, and we will let you know once this is done.
The term "ad" that was used in the old version of our services is now "item" or "inventory item". Unfortunately, it is not possible to change this terminology or to not use inventory.
