I entered an incorrect weight and package dimensions for an item. When I "Edit" the item, I can not find any way to edit those and correct. WHERE are package weight and dimensions available for editting?
Please first be sure that you have checked the box for "Inventory" in the "Marketplaces" tab. Then go to the "Item Info" tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you should see a link for "Use Calculated Shipping? Add size, weight, and package details". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Where is the Marketplaces tab?
I am in "Items", editting a specific item. I don't see any "Marketplaces" tab. The visible tabs are "MY Vendio", "Stores", "Items", "Orders", "Channels", "Promotions", "Customers", "Analytics" and "Sourcing".

I finally found the tab you are referring to. What you are saying is that I have to use inventory, whether or not I want to. Because if I do not choose to use inventory, then I can't even enter/edit item and package weight!!!!
Like many previous posters, I do not care about inventory, and will never care about inventory. I do not like being forced to use inventory. The new platform is more difficult to use than the old one, and it does not meet my needs.
