I had a potential eBay customer asking me why my shipping prices were so high, way more than they used to be. I looked at a few of my ads without logging into eBay, so I could see the ads through my customer's eyes what they were talking about. WOW! When I got switched over to the new Vendio platform early last month. The three shipping options I give my potential customers, the ads were listing the "MOST" expensive option as the shipping option through the shipping calculator. Express Mail as my shipping option is very expensive! I finally figured out you need to go into each and every shipping option you have and change them to "eBay option" so the lowest shipping option will be used in the shipping calculator with the ad. I can't imagine how much money I lost with lost bids or interest in my items again. It will take me a while to get my customers back that I have lost. Vendio, you might want to let everyone selling on eBay to make the changes in their shipping profiles, or switch the shipping options back like the used to be, from the cheapest to the most expensive.
I am sorry for the trouble you are having with the new version of our services. Unfortunately, that is correct that the shipping carriers are sent over to eBay in the order that they are set in your Shipping Profiles. You would need to make sure that the first shipping method is the one that you want to be used as the default.
