First of all, I don't like new program. Not very intuitive. I liked and used one step lister.
Now, laboriously I created an item, figured out how to launch, clicked launch botton on 3 separate ocassions and it won't launch. Is there a phone numbe for help?

I am sorry for the trouble you are having with the new version of our service. Please note that you may view the error message for a failed listing by going to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> "Errors" --> then click the "Error" link to the right for the details.
In this case the problem is that you have check and money order offered as payment options in your Payment Profile. Please remove the check and money order options from your Payment Profile, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

That was easy. Thanks, Now, tell me how to get rid of the 7 or 8 other payment choices. That is, when I get to the box for payments about 10 of them come up. I made a new one today for just Paypal 10nov11.

Hello,
For the Payment Profiles, if there is the word "No" in the "Used in any items?" column then you can just delete the profile if you don't need it. This is done by putting a check mark in the box to the left of profile and clicking the "Delete" button.
If the profile is being used in an item, you have two choices. You can just edit all of the profiles so that they are the same. Or you can edit your items so that they are all using the same profile (and then delete the old profiles).
You can edit the Payment Profiles that are being used for your items in bulk by going to "Items" --> "My Items". Then select the items and the bulk edit box will open to the right. Then select the Payment Profile that you would like to use from the "Payment Profile" drop-down box and save your changes.
