I am still having issues with international orders when it comes to having the correct shipping print on invoices. I have to manually adjust every international order. This has been an on going issue for some time. Please help.
I do see that this was previously escalated to our engineers, however there is not yet an update available, unfortunately. Could you please let us know a recent example item where this happened? It might help to have a recent example.

Sorry for the delay I didn't flag for a response. I will get an example as soon as one comes across. Do you just need an Ebay listing# ?

Thank you for the update, and I am glad that it is working for you now! Our engineers did recently make a change which likely corrected this problem as well.
