we are trying to submit a ticket. We fill in form and hit submit and list of previous tickets shows up and list stops at bottom of page. We aren't allowed to select yes or no. because you can't see that.

I am sorry for the trouble you are having submitting a ticket. Do you have the same problem when using a different browser? Or is the problem limited to the specific browser that you are using?
