We are unable to open any of orders. When going to orders - Sold Items - click Details on any order - and nothing happens. We have to get our orders out, please help.

We are aware of the problem, and our engineers are working on correcting the problem as a high priority. Please note that the problem happens when using Internet Explorer version 8, or a different version of Internet Explorer in compatibility mode. In order to work around the problem in the meantime, please try using a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox.
