Unfortunately, the other shipping profiles are currently associated with at least one inventory item each, which is why they cannot be deleted. It is likely that you have changed the shipping profile for the "Item Info" section of the inventory items, but the old profile is still associated with either the "eBay Info" or "Store Info" section (and would need to be removed/changed there before you can delete the profile).

I have gone through each item and associated the Shipping Profiles to the current profiles I use. I do not know why so many shipping profiles multiplied themselves when they were brought over.
The profiles that I wish deleted have the standard, "No items found matching this search. Please check your spelling or clear your filters." blurb.
Thank you for your reply, and I apologize for the confusion. The shipping profile search option will only search for items where the shipping profile is associated with the "Item Info" section. Unfortunately, it is not possible to search the "eBay Info" or "Store Info" sections for a specific shipping profile.
