I've received an email asking me to follow a link to 'verify' the same email address I have had for a couple of years.
A couple of questions please:
1. Is this email legit?
2. Why would this be happening now, after having the same email address for a couple of years?

Dear Vendio customers,
You may see messages in your inbox from Vendio requesting that your email address on file is not verified: Please note that this is a "phishing" email and that you should NOT click on any of the links. If you followed any of the instructions in the email, please change your Vendio, eBay, and PayPal passwords immediately. You will see a version of the email sent below:
Dear member,
This is a courtesy notice to let you know that your current email address on file is not verified!
To prevent your account from being closed please return to this url and enter your confirmation code to verify your email address is correct (you will be asked to log in to Vendio first if you aren't already.)

Again this is not an official notification from Vendio. If in the future you receive an email from Vendio requesting some sort of action, please go to www.vendio.com and log in directly to the site and make any required changes.
