I have sent several messages via "Help",but they did not appear to submit to Vendio. I had an auction that failed to launch and upon reviewing it cannot see any reason why it should not have launched. The error message has since disappeared from my list of pending auctions, and I do not remember the exact wording, but it included "internal error". I am wondering,that since I am no longer able to view the error message, it is OK to launch now? It is the first one on my list of pending auctions,with the words "Robert Fulton School" appearing in the Title.
I took a look at the pending listing and was not able to see any problems. Most of the time (but not always) an error on launch that includes "internal error" means there was a temporary problem. If that is the case, then you should be able to launch it now without error. However, if it does fail with an error again, please leave the listing in the errored state and let us know so that we can take another look.
