I am trying to save items in my inventory for the first time. The first thing I notice is that the item title is truncated when I save an item to inventory. Please help with this problem. Many thanks in advance.
You are still on the old version of the Sales Manager tools, which caps the titles at 55 characters. If you switch to the Inventory Edition of the Sales Manager instead (there's no difference in the cost) - you can use the full title field that eBay now allows.
Click here to go tot he page where you can upgrade your version of the Sales Manager to the inventory edition. No worries if you don't like it, you can switch back to what you have anytime from the My Account page.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is there anywhere I can read about all the differences between the two versions before I do any switching? Thank you again
The user guide is probably the best resource. There's a ton of information in it though, so scanning through it for the screenshots might be the quickest way to get an overall impression of the layout.
