Is anyone having trouble connecting with the Vendio help center? All I get is a blank page.

Hello,

I checked, however I was able to get to the help center without any problem. If you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results.

I'm getting a blank page for help. Just cleared everything and still no go.

Hello,

We have seen this a few times in some copies of Internet Explorer version 10. Have you tried it in FireFox to compare the behavior?
