We have had this problem for a year! How come you haven't fixed? We cleared all and tried Foxfire and still can't get support.
We don't see item# 190840376420 on our Sold Items list. Please add item to sold
When you are in FireFox and you click on the Help link, what comes up exactly?
For this item number, you originally listed this item from Vendio - but when that one closed on May 15 - you then re-listed it from eBay. This is why this item doesn't show as being at market on your My Items page, and why it doesn't show in your active listings section under channels either. We won't track the sales of items that haven't been either listed/relisted directly from your Vendio account or haven't been imported into your account prior to the sale taking place.
Running an import from eBay would bring this item into your Vendio account, but note that you would then have two items with the same title on your My Items page since you already had this item in your account previously (and just didn't relist it back to eBay from this copy already in your account.) I would delete the original from your My Items page once the one relisted at eBay is brought over, to avoid any possible future duplicate listing issues.
