In trying to preview my listings for tonight, I'm getting the following message: "
Warning!
eBay Info
No XML <RequestPassword> or <RequestToken> was found in XML Request.
And no preview. I am able to set a launch time, but have no idea yet if they will actually launch tonight. Anyone else run into this?
I'm doing this on Firefox, but it does the same thing on Safari and Chrome.

Thank you for contacting us. We've checked your account and we notice that your eBay authorization token has expired, which is preventing Vendio from sending and retrieving information from eBay on your behalf. To correct this, you will need to update your token. Please take the following steps:
- Go to My Vendio > Preferences (link is on the righthand side of the page, under the blue bar) > Channels.
- On the Channels Preferences page, under 'eBay Market IDs', select the eBay ID you want to update and click the "Re-authorize" button
- Go through the eBay signin process. After you complete this, your token will be updated.
eBay implemented the 'token' system to allow third-party providers to securely transmit and receive information from them, enabling us to launch listings and collect information to update our system for you without having to store your eBay credentials. eBay expires the authorization tokens at least once per year, and sometimes randomly as an additional security measure. When this happens you will need to go through the process of updating your eBay ID on our website. We will provide a warning message in your account, in addition to an email letting you know when your token has or is about to expire.
