Thanks Sunil, I went to My Vendio but I cannot see what to do to change it. It just says Custom Plan Please contact Customer service about your custom plan. So please let me know how to do it.

I haven't had a response to last msg saying I w anted to change to the Starter Plan.....and need to make sure this changes before I get charged for another month on the old plan, please respond!

I do not want to pay for the plan I am trying to change again and am getting upset that no reply is forthcoming. Please change susiecraft to the starter plan! Please respond.

To change your Custom plan you can contact Vendio customer support via http://support.vendio.com and request
for a plan change as per your requirement.

In the meantime while waiting over a week for this latest response I have been billed $275 AGAIN. I emailed customer support long before I contacted the community board and got your initial response. I have opened another customer support request and will have no choice but to contact Visa to contest that latest bill otherwise. This is terrible service.
