Is there a way to view (and potentially block) the IP address from which an order was placed?

Thank you for writing in. Unfortunately, there is no way to block a particular IP address from placing an order. However, if it is on eBay you could block an account on Bidding/Buying from you. Here's the link to the eBay article.
