Hello,
I am struggling to correct my Ebay auctions and have made many changes as required. Ebay shows my auctions are now mobile friendly, and "ready to go" with no Active Content, and no Uncompliant Links. However, Ebay is sending me urgent messages saying my listings contain contact information and all of my listings will be removed. There is no contact info on my auctions and never has been. When I did a scan using some program recommended by an Ebay member, it highlighted some of the language in the image URL was problematic: href="https://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/viewimage.x/00000000/isadoramillinery/abaset7.JPG". I have removed this from one of my auction's pages and while it did indeed remove the problem, it also removed the Supersize from the image! My images show up but can no longer be Supersized. My customers need this feature and it is one of the reasons I use Vendio. Can someone please help me to figure out how to both be in line with Ebay's new policies, and still have Supersize on my images? Help! Hi,
I received the "contact information in your listings" email as well, but have no contact information in my listings.
Can you tell me when this was corrected? Just want to make sure this was done after I received the email on September 6 and that I don't have to explore further or worry about this.

Thank you. Here is one of my auctions, item number is 362105520229.
Below is the image URL as it currently appears, with the (not yet removed) text still there. I can still Supersize the images in the auction. It is only after I remove the (above quoted) text from the URL that the Supersize feature does not work. Also, I read on Vendio on Sept 16th that the Supersize feature was temporarily disabled, but as you can see it is still working on my auctions (with the original text as shown below).

Just to clarify, this below is the text that I removed from the current image URL, that results in the auction no longer being against policy, but also removes the Supersize function.

They did not give any examples.
It states in part: "Hi, wgonzales,

We want to let you know that starting October 2017, you’ll no longer be allowed to share contact information on item descriptions, images, or eBay stores. To help you communicate with buyers, we’ve launched a new feature that allows them to call you after your sale. It’s available in your account settings under "Manage your Q&A with Buyers," and allows your listings to stay compliant with our policy update.
You can update your settings by going to Manage your Q&A for Buyers.
1. Check “Have your phone number” and enter your number.
2. Click Submit.
Be sure to take advantage of this new feature, which will give you an easy, secure way to communicate with your buyers once their sale is complete."

I emailed them. Twice. And both thimes received an answer that did not address my question at all.
No time to sit on phone with them (to probably get inaccurate information) until next week. I will have to get back to you if I receive any details from them.

So one by one, I am editing my active eBay listings to remove the return policy section in the Vendio template and I see that many of my photos are missing from the template listing. I search image hosting and they are also missing from there, but I did not delete them. could this supersize fix have eliminated some photos???

I have not finished the manual edits yet, but so far I am missing some images in these items.

The images do show on the eBay photo portion of the page in the upper left, so they are visible, but obviously the blank white boxes make the template look very sloppy. For this reason, I had already deleted the images in a few other affected listings, before I wrote in.
