I tried to import store items using excel in csv format. How long does the import take? I hit import on the screen. First time I had changed an item in the column headings and failed. I corrected the column headings and tried again and failed. then I changed the item package size to exactly match a valid value. Upon hitting import then I did not get the failed message but after about 5 seconds the screen went all white and said done in the bottom of the browser window. I am not sure if I should try again or if the import is in process.
