I am having a problem launching an auction and i cannot find the fault. Here is the fault reading.

Error 38: Your application encountered an Failed.

* Your application encountered an error. This request is missing required value in input tag <InternationalShippingServiceOption>.<ShipToLocation>.

Which item is it that has this error message on it?

It sounds like you may have it setup with international shipping carriers/costs, however you may not have any shipping destinations set where that shipping option could/would apply to - but that's just a guess until we can check out the item itself.
