Hello Frank,

I checked your account and a few of your active listings, but I was able to see your images without any problem. Could you please let us know in more detail which specific images have disappeared, and exactly what you are seeing where you should be able to see the images?

Regards,
Nathan

Hope you got it resolved. I know that this has come up before where somehow the seller has inadvertently blocked images from Vendio. Right click on the box where the image is supposed to be and see if you might have somehow checked the "block images from imagehost Vendio" .. all you have to do is uncheck it.

Hello Frank,

I just responded to that email that you sent to me on the issue as well, basically saying the same as Neglus mentioned above.

When you said that you pressed something to delete one of the blank seeming images and then all of the images stopped displaying - this is likely what were referring to in that all of the images are there and displaying fine. You just need to find how to un-block them so you can display them normally again.

In your FireFox browser, go to Tools + Options, then click the 'Content' tab at the top. Where it says 'Load images automatically' click the button labeled 'exceptions' just to the right of that and remove Vendio from that list.

Regards,
Chris
