Hi,

I am trying to add my eBay account to use with Vendio Gallery. During authorization, I have this error:

Error in updating database for creating new market account . An internal Error has occurred. Please contact Customer Service.

Please, could you help here?

Could you please let us know the eBay ID that you are trying to enter, so that we can take a look?

Hello,

We have set your Vendio account so that you should now be able to enter your eBay ID. However, should you continue to have trouble with this, please let us know in more detail at what point you are getting this error message.
