Hello Billy,

eBay/eBay stores, Amazon Marketplace and your own storefront. You can promote your storefront automatically to Google Base, Shopzilla and Shopping.com.

We hope to add others down the road, but at this time those are the only that we support.

Regards,
Chris

I have done everythign to get my items uploaded to google base. I mean I spent two days on it, with no luck.
there was another poster asking about how do we download our file, which is the way I have been accustomed to uploading items to google base. but that is not here.
So, there is the ftp and distribution.
I have just about pulled my hair out trying to get that to work.
it is impossible.
if you figure out a way, let me know

Hello Ginaphototwo,

Please follow the link in the email message that Google is sending you about the feed not going through, and then provide us with the exact text of the failure reason, so that we can take a look.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello
I am going to say this again as I have said in two responses to emails. Google provides a list of general possiblities. I have forwarded the entire email to you.
That email is in response to the form I filled out asking google to please be specific. So, all in all, no one is helping. I forwarded what I had, and I am the first one to agree, it is just google vague list of things. I don't even know if google knows.
But this comment implies help is coming. I haven't received help, not from google or here.
This is getting to me, going around in circles. I got yet ANOTHER email from google saying "use google merchant center" as opposed to google base but 1) I can't see what the world the different it would make in uploading items and that is a different reason they gave when the provide the list of generalities. 2) I have followed the instructions for the ftp to a t but got an "items not uploaded" and I am quite certain, I also posted a comment on another forum, and something has happened to that post.
Is there a phone number for Vendio?
I received an email I kept because it was so bizarre and I did not understand at all what the person intended to say other than saying don't post a question about google base which is outrageous. I am not getting help; the ftp is not working. Even trying to change the file name and imput a new password and filename I got an error message that "invalid file name" when I ought to be able to just try and start over and then vendio sends me that strange email and my post is not there?
I would like someone to please explain what happened, and maybe explain to me what the person was trying to say in the email.

Hello,

The email your referring to was in response to the above comment you made in a thread where someone was trying to assist you with some comments you made about the system. Since you do not wish to participate in the thread online, which makes sense given that you did already have numerous emails in about the subject with a long history of content, it was relayed back to you that we wished to honor your request not to start over from scratch once again in a new message board thread.

We replied back also to the two emails you sent in prior to this post here, but if you would like we would be happy to post your questions and our replies to those emails here if it makes things easier.

Regards,
Chris

Hello,

Back to the issue you having with Google base.

Google emailed you to say the following:

"I have taken a look at your Google Merchant Center account and found that while you have registered a data feed with the file name 'data_feed.mydvd.txt' you did not submit your data feed file containing your item details."

Note that Google stated that your data feed on their end is setup to be called "data_feed.mydvd.txt"

The first problem is that your feed is setup in Vendio to be called "bubblehead.txt" - and if those don't match, the feed won't work.

Your next step needs to be one of the following two steps.
Either A: go to google base and update the name of your feed to be bubblehead.txt, as you have it setup in Vendio to be sent or B: go to THIS page and update the name of the feed Vendio is sending to match what Google is looking for - in your case "data_feed.mydvd.txt."

Regards,
Chris
