I have set up a platform account. I am unable to get the shopping cart to calculate s/h as needed for website. I have been unable to duplicate the settings/results that I currently have for under clubreef SMIE.
example:
Item A ships for $4.00 & each add. item .50.
Item B ships for $6.00 & each add. item .25.
undesired s/h result when purchasing...
(3)of A and (1)of B = $11
the desired result, and the one I get now with SMIE is $7.50.
Please advise how I can do this with Platform.

Hello,
For your other account, take a look at the 'Preferences + Orders' page to setup shipping discounts across multiple items combined into a single order (vs just selling multiples of the same item.)

in Preferences/Orders I have selected *Apply shipping and discounts based on all items in a multiple-quantity listing being shipped as a whole . I currently have "no discount" above this selected. should it be set differently? I still cannot get cart to calculate s/h total correct.

Hello,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to set up the shipping discounts in the way that you have outlined. You do have other shipping discount options in the "Preferences" --> "Orders" section of your account, but you would not be able to set it up as outlined above.

thank you. please suggest to development. very disappointing as this is how it works in SMIE currently. I have already added "each additional" item s/h amounts for a 2.5k items.
