My my items list had been sorting, I think, by a modification date or something like that. If I edited an item and saved it, it would now be at the top of the list. I changed the sorting by clicking on a column heading, and now I cannot figure out how to get the previous sorting order back. I can't find a column for modification date or anything similar to sort on.
How can I get the list to sort by modification date?

Hello,
The way that the sort will work, is that it will first sort your items by the chosen column (currently in your case the "To Ship Qty" column). If you edit and save an item, it will first appear based on the column that is selected, and then at the top. For example, if most of the items have "0" as the "To Ship Qty", when you save an item that also has "0" as the "To Ship Qty" it will appear at the top.
In order to have every item that you save appear at the top, you would need to sort by a column that has the same value for all of your items. Something that you might want to try would be to sort by the "Folder" column. Then you will know that the item most recently edited will be at the top of the list when you view the folder in which it is contained. I have set your My Items page to sort by the Folder column for you. Please let us know should you need further assistance with this.

It does not seem to be behaving the way you describe. For example, I edited the item with SKU 1975708544 and saved it and it does not come to the top of the list whether I look at the folder it is in or no folder. It seems to sort somewhere in the middle.

Hello,
I apologize. I was able to see what you are referring to. Unfortunately, if you sort by a column heading it is not possible to get back the sort order where the most recently edited item will appear at the top of the page. I have filed a request with our engineers to see if this can be changed, and will let you know once we hear back from them.

Thanks. If there is anyway to set my account back to the original way it worked, I'd appreciate it. I'll know not to change it again in the future.
The current behaviour is a real PITA. It is a lot of extra searching. No matter what item I need to work on, I need to search for it. It used to be that most of the time it was at the top, becasue I had been working on it, or I just copied another item.
I have heard back from our engineers and they have cleared the sort order in your account (giving you the default sort order). Please be sure not to sort the items by column, until they have corrected the underlying problem.
