I am new here and hope this is not a silly question! In the item description in the Ebay posting portion I cannot get the information to post correctly on the Ebay page. I cut and paste a word doc in and it looks fine when I do the preview but when I go to look at it on Ebay it is not centered properly. I am very new at this and have minimal knowledge of HTML which I think may be the problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as it is taking me forever to post just one item!
In order to get the description to appear more like you want it to appear, please try using the HTML editor in Vendio rather than Word. To do this, make sure that the "use HTML Editor" at the top right of the description section is checked. Then use the buttons at the top of the description section to format the text (such as the font and centering options).

Is there a way to do this without having to type all of the information everytime? We include alot of information within that section.
If you have boilerplate text that you include with every listing that you do, there are other possible locations where you could store this so you not only don't have to type it each time - you wouldn't even have to paste it each time.
The various profiles all provide space for text that can appear in every listing you do, but ive found that one of the best looking locations to do this is the Payment Profile.
Even if your text isn't exclusive to payment details, the placement and positioning of this text section seems ideal for all information.
Use the HTML editor on the item description page to create it initially like Nathan described, but then uncheck that 'use HTML editor' box so you can see the raw HTML code created when you generate this text. Copy this code/text, then go to edit your Payment Profile and paste it into the Payment Instructions field and save it.
Now when you list using this profile going forward, all of this text (and properly formatted with the HTML editor) will automatically appear.
Preview the first few listings you do prior to launch to verify the spacing and formatting is what your looking for.
Good luck and let us know if you have any other questions.

I'm working on my profiles like Chris suggested but they don't seem to be showing up in my store. I've tried modifying the shipping profile and payment profile. All the other changes seem to be there but the "policy" seems to be omitted. I've tried with and without html.
The suggestion that Chris was giving was to enter this information into the "Instructions to Buyer" box of the Payment Profile. Please try entering the information there, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Great! Thanks Nathan, that solved my problem. It is a little strange there is a place for policies in the profiles that doesn't get displayed in the Vendio store. I guess that is for eBay or Amazon?
