Do you mean that you are trying to create inventory items out of your active listings? If not, please let us know in more detail exactly what you are trying to do. If so please first copy the active or pending listing. This can be done by clicking the "copy" link under the action column. This will create a duplicate auction which will appear in your pending list.
Then click on the title of the pending listing, and select the "Save my item in inventory" feature located on the bottom of the listing form, and save the item. This will save your item in your inventory list.

I copied everything, is there any way you can move everything I have in PENDING thats not scheduled to my Inventory. It would save me several hours of work opening each of the 620+ items? Thanks.
Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to do this. The only way this could be done automatically is if you switched to the Sales Manager Inventory Edition version of Sales Manager (which was designed for inventory), and then imported the items from the Merchandising Edition. If you would like to switch to Inventory Edition you may do so by going to "My Account" --> "My Service Plans" --> "change edition" (below "Sales Manager Merchandising Edition" ).
