I have tried to cancel (end items early) a number of my items in the marketplace listings area and the Vendio system tells me that "end items on ebay unsuccessful". ID 320485884123 says it ends on 3-10-10. It doesn't show up on eBay, and I have a new item listed with a new price that lists right above it, but I can't get this one to cancel. Need some help.
There are some ways that an item can get stuck in the list of 'live' items, though you can see based on the date that they aren't really live and should be removed from this page.
Clicking to end the listing early will certainly fail since it isn't really running. We'll ask the engineers to remove this and the other items stuck in this 'live' view if possible.
They aren't showing with a quantity live in the My Items page are they?
They just show up when you go to view the Marketplace listings - live page and see the items showing the closing date in the past?
