My item is not letting me change the "ebay ad info". I put in all of the information and click on the save button, but when I open the item back up again it has reverted to the ebay ad for a different item. The new ad is still saved in the drop down tab, but it doesn't stay when I select it and click save. Please help.

I know I'm replying to myself, but I'd like to give more info to help resolve the problem. The item did post properly, but my problem is this, if I go to change something like the shipping profile and click save, it will change my auction back to the first thing on the "ebay ad" drop down tab. Do I need to start a brand new listing for everything even if the descriptions are similar. Is there any other way to avoid this that would save time? Thank you again for your help.

Hello Bryan,
I'm not sure if I'm understanding the problem correctly. The eBay Ad option will allow you to have multiple Ads (versions of the item that can be used for listing to eBay) for one inventory item. You can then select which Ad you want to view from the drop-down box when you are editing/viewing the inventory item. It is not possible, however, to set a default for which eBay Ad will show within the inventory item.
If you are trying to create an eBay Ad for a different inventory item, then you should create a completely new inventory item (you can use the copy option to copy an existing inventory item, if you want).
If you are trying to create a new version of an eBay listing for the same inventory item, then you should create a new eBay Ad from within that inventory item.
