I see that ALL my eBay listings are now showing up in my Inventory with the Inventory Edition. My question: Can I delete the unique items (only 1 of a kind available) from the inventory with out disturbing the eBay listing or my ability to process the sale thru Vendio? The listings in Inventory do not add any functionality for me since there is only 1 item available and they are already listed in my eBay Store.
Thanks!

Hello Lewis,

It is best to keep the inventory item until the list is closed and you have finished processing it in post-sale.

1. When I upgraded to the Inventory Edition I imported my old listings to the new inventory files. The QUANTITY did not match the original numbers -- they all defaulted to a quantity of 1. Is that normal? Do I have to re-count everything and update the inventory listings quantity?
2. I have an inventory item that is an eBay listing which had the wrong quantity listed on eBay. I corrected the quantity available in the eBay Store listing but can't get the quantity to change in the Inventory of my Vendio account. The item is: "2006 Sc 4116b ATM sheet of 18 SNOWFLAKE matte finish" and the quantity will not change when I try to make a change in the "On Market" field. The quantity should be 5 but it does not change.

Hello Lewis,

Was this for inventory items that you imported, or for individual listings that you imported (that were not also inventory items prior to be imported)? Also, what is an example item where this happened?

Any revisions that you make to the active eBay listing (such as changing the quantity) will not automatically be reflected in Vendio, unfortunately. You can manually change the quantity by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Inventory" --> click on the number in the "Quantities on Market" column --> scroll down to the bottom of the page --> select the type of eBay listing (such as auction or fixed price) from the "Quantity on Market" drop-down box --> change the number and save your changes.

Regards,
Nathan

The inventory quantity number problem is fixed. I got them from the imported Former SM Items folder.
I know that changes on eBay don't automatically change the Vendio totals. I used the exact method you outlined to change the quantity in the pop-up: "Adjust Quantities and Prices" area. The change does not reflect when the pop-up info is then saved. The specific example I cited is the one I am trying to change: "2006 Sc 4116b ATM sheet of 18 SNOWFLAKE matte finish". The quantity is now shown as 103 and I'm trying to change it to 5. No luck.

Hello Lewis,

I checked this item, but noticed it is currently showing 5. Please let us know if you are currently having trouble with this.

Nathan

I'll pass on this info: I had to clear the cache (Firefox) to get the update to show up on the page! Somehow this seems like an unnecessary step.
