Why are my International buyers having trouble checking out and making payment with calculated shipping? Never happened before - why now??

Hello,

Along with the rate changes there were some updates to the USPS API that we and eBay both had to make some changes to adapt to - which has been done. The calculators in both the active listings and in post sale should be working properly again.
