I am getting this error message:

"Error 21917158: A payment method has to be set up so you can continue to sell on eBay.

* We noticed that you don't have a payment method set up with your eBay account. As soon as you take care of this, you'll be able to list more items."


I checked and I have a PayPal account set up on ebay as well as Vendio. Can someone tell me what I should do here? Thanks

Hello,

Sometimes eBay will have a billing glitch that forces you to re-setup your backup payment method and that may be all they want you to do.

Try this: log into your eBay.com account and click the 'sell' tab at the top and try to just run through the steps to make a dummy listing. If eBay has any requirements they want you to fulfill before you can list more items, they will prompt you for this information in the process of creating a new listing (while unfortunately if you just ask an eBay rep or check your My eBay settings the requirements appear to be unknown.)
