I've looked everywhere online for help, but no search seems to have an anwser.
My question is in inventory under create items/my items. What is the difference between "Available" "On Market" "To Ship", "Ebay Qty." "Amazon QTY" and "Visble on store"
I havn't sold an item using Vendio, so i'm new to this.
If I have 1 item with only 1 in QTY. Can I list on Ebay and Amazon and the Vendio Webstore with "1" Item in quantity? And if I sell that single item on any of the markets will in adjust QTY to zero and cancel the listing on the other sites?
or is it more like I have to have 3 of the same item and list 1 per site?

Hello,
Available = the quantity for the inventory item that is not listed anywhere, and is available to list
On Market = the quantity of the inventory item that is currently listed on a market
To Ship = the quantity of the inventory item that has sold but not yet been shipped
eBay Qty = the quantity of the inventory item that is currently active on eBay
Amazon Qty = the quantity of the inventory item that is currently active on Amazon
Visible on Store = whether or not the inventory item is visible in your Vendio Store
Unfortunately, it is not possible to do this currently. You would need to have a quantity of 3 in the inventory item to have it show on all three sites.
