400 Sq.Ft. Minimum. Varnished/Polyurethaned floors only. Measured by size of the room from longest wall to longest wall. Includes sandpaper used by the Sander No free rental included.

 

 

Additional cost may apply when information provided to us is given incorrectly.  Additinal cost may apply for floors that are painted, have wax, silicone coatings, have heal dents, deep scratches, marks, other than strip flooring, parquet style, crowned or cupped floors.  This information must be provided to us or the additional cost can be from $.25 to $.50 per Sq. Ft.  depending on situation.
