14 days is for rental customers only and on Unused sandpaper or sanding supplies which can be returned within 14 days for a refund. All others please read on. We accept returns for damaged or defective merchandise being shipped to you, but must be notified immediately in writing upon receipt and no later than 24 hours with pictures to be included, explaining the defect or damage. Damaged shipments should be refused, not accepted and notify us immediately.
