Oh my this dress will turn heads in the office.  This is from Evan Picone, size 16, NWOT, gray tweed.  Bought this when I work for corporate never gotten the chance to wear it.  The materia is 70% polyester and 30% rayon. The dress is darted by the waist and it come with the belt. It gives you a curvy look.

The bust is 42 inches, its 36 inches long from top to bottom, laid flat.
