Clean black ballpoint George Kell autograph on a 1979 Topps #86 George Kell card. This was purchased with a lot of autographed cards in the early to mid 1990s. Someone put a lot of time into collecting the autographs which were all on the player's card of the day. Kell played for the Philadelphia As, Detroit Tigers, Boston Red Sox, White Sox and Baltimore Orioles. Kell was a solid player hitting and fielding. As part of his Hall of Fame bio, it is noted that in 1949, Kell dramatically captured the American League batting title
when he edged out Ted Williams by less than .00005 of a
point, .34291 to .34276. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1983. I would expect signature to grade out well. FREE U.S. shipping which includes insurance. Will ship internationally.
