An absolutely beautiful ring for someone who loves the deep purple Amethyst stones as I do. Wish I had paid more attention to the carat weight on the tag, but the Amethyst should be close to 2 carats. The Peridot would add up to a little over .25 carats and the four little diamonds are just points but add just enough sparkle.
Somewhat of an
impulse purchase at a jewelry store going out of business sale, the
beauty of the stone attracted me and I have always loved the combination
of Amethyst and Peridot. That it fit my size 7 finger perfectly made it too hard to pass up. However, I wear very little yellow gold and
there are only rare occasions to wear such a ring. The store is gone, so
here it is. Price tag on this was $540. Comes in store jewelry box ready for giving.
