This is the Trail of Painted Ponies Lightning Bolt Colt issued in 2003 with the first herd and retired in its eighth edition in 2009. This one is 1E/5854. It is mint in the box and complete with hang tag. As a ceramic Pony, this one has certainly been reduced in numbers over the years due to breakage. It is getting harder and harder to find in a first edition. This is a striking Pony in hand. The 6th edition of this Pony is retailing online in the $70 range.
