All of our beautiful charms and beads are compatible with most styles of european charm bracelets, however as the diameter of these bracelets differ, please ensure you check the
core size of the charm is suitable for Your Bracelet . Please also note, these are generic charms, beads & bracelets and are NOT genuine items from any major branded manufacturer.
As all of our charms & beads are handmade, please allow for small deviations in colouration or design.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Packages outside the EU (worldwide) may take up to 28 working days for delivery so please, please be Patient, it is in the hands of the Post Service. As we ship everything promptly after payment, we must therefore rely on the Postal Service of your region to do their jobs and deliver your package quickly! If your item/s do not arrive for any reason within this time frame, please contact us immediately.
International Packages for lower value items are NOT sent by recorded mail and therefore we DO NOT provide a tracking number ~ We DO, however, keep a Royal Mail Stamped proof of postage receipt. If you wish to have your package sent by recorded mail we will gladly do so, but please note there will be an extra fee for this service ~ please email us for costs.
Buyers are responsible for any customs/Tax/Handling Charges
In the interests of Fraud prevention, we will only ship to the address listed on your ebay account, without exception
Returns Policy
Items may be returned within 7 working days after receipt
Postage & Packaging costs are Non-Refundable
Buyer must bear the cost of inward & outward carriage in the event of any returns
Items must be returned in original packaging and in good condition including any free items included in the transaction
We offer a NO Quibbles Refund or Replacement ~ If you are unhappy with your items in any way, or goods are damaged in transit, let us know ASAP
We provide Postal Insurance on all UK Shipments ~ So if you don't receive your items within the SPECIFIED TIME PERIOD please contact us ASAP
We DO NOT provide insurance on International packages, as the cost would make items prohibitively expensive

Beads or Charms are NOT Solid/Sterling/925 Silver, Silver Plated, Stamped or Hallmarked UNLESS Expressly stated in the listing i.e. If it IS 925 stamped or plated etc we will describe it/mention it in the listing.
