This piece has three panels with classical figures. The alternate panels have a daisy and button pattern,  and the six feet have a tree bark decoration. This spooner was definitely made in the mid 1800's. There is one chip on the bottom of one of the feet  (see red dot in photos).  It is difficult to see and does not effect the stability;  other than that this piece is in very good condition,  and priced accordingly.
