In 1968 the US Mint resumed production of the Proof Kennedy in a 40% silver content. The coins are not as sharp as those minted today from the mint as all of the proof coins today have a deep cameo bust as well as all other devices on the coin. Those found with cameo condition bring a high premium. This coin will be mailed out in a 100% archival quality plastic holder as made by the CoinEdge Company.
