Pepper Shot™ is a 10% pepper spray rated at 2 million scoville heat units and made with a very fine grain that is more effective than the coarser grains of most other pepper sprays. In addition to causing an attacker pain, Pepper Shot swells the mucous membranes, which makes breathing difficult, and swells the veins in the eyes, causing the eyes to close. These effects last 20-30 minutes and cause no permanent damage. All sprays have locking actuators for extra safety. 1/2 ounce with Injection Molded Holster, locking actuator and Quick Key release keychain. Effective up to 8 feet!

Pepper spray is LEGAL in all fifty states. However, some states and cities have specific regulations pertaining to the purchase, possession and use of defense sprays. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for any regulations your state may have. Defense sprays should only be purchased by those 18 years of age or older. The below list may not be totally accurate or complete, and Double A Concepts LLC accepts no responsibility for its accuracy or completeness.
New York: The sellers must be local licensed firearm dealers or local pharmacies.
Massachusetts: The buyer is required to obtain a Firearms Identification Card (FID); the sellers must be local licensed firearm dealers.
Michigan: OC Pepper Spray can be no stronger than a 2% concentrate. CS is the only Tear Gas accepted. Both must be no larger than 35 grams per can. No combination sprays allowed.
Wisconsin: Pepper spray only. No Tear Gas, UV Dye or combination sprays. OC Pepper Spray can be no stronger than a 10% concentrate. The can must be between 15-60 grams only. Must have safety feature.
California: Canisters cannot be more than 2.5 ounces.
Washington D.C.: Must register pepper spray possesion with local law enforcement
Animal Repellers like bear spray and dog spray are legal and can be shipped to New York, Wisconsin and Michigan.
