After FULL payment has been received, goods will be sent out
within 5 business days.
Delivery may take approximately 4-7 days to US, Shipments to Europe countries may
take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on many factors. Your country may choose to
hold the package in customs longer than normal. We suggest that if you have not
received your item after 2 weeks that you contact your local postal or customs
office to inquire if your package is being held. In some rare cases packages
can take substantially longer- which we have no control over. If you have not
received your item within 8 weeks we will consider it a lost package and work
with you to provide a replacement or refund at that point.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. We do accept returns. Money
will refund to you by Paypal when the item must be returned to us in new
condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of product for
return instructions.
Shipping fee is not refundable.
Some items are sold "as is - no return." This will be clearly stated
in the listing. We will not accept returns on those items.
Customs/Duties/Taxes
We include a commercial invoice with every shipment showing the
amount you paid for your items (not including the shipping cost). In most cases
your country will charge you customs, duties, and/or taxes on your purchase.
You are 100% responsible for these charges and we do not control these at all.
Under no circumstances will we mark items as "gift" or at a lower
value that what you paid. Requests to do this will be ignored.
Warranty
Many of the items we sell come with a manufacturer warranty. When
there is a manufacturer warranty we try to include that information in the
listing. We will warranty bicycle frames without manufacturer warranty for 30
days. This covers failure from normal use. Some items are sold "as is no
return", that will be clearly stated in the listing. We will not warranty
those items.
