RETURN POLICIES:
When you buy from Bike Shop Supply, you are covered by our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! If you receive an item with a factory defect, please report the issue to Bike Shop Supply within 3 days of your delivery date. We will then provide you with a RMA# and a return address. As soon as we inspect the returned item, we will ship you a replacement or we will refund your purchase price, your original shipping charges, and the return shipping charges via PayPal. Return Shipping Charges are refunded based upon Bike Shop Supply's choice of return shipping method/carrier.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Bike Shop Supply, you can return item(s) for a refund or exchange within 5 days of the delivery date. Buyer is responsible for delivering the item to Bike Shop Supply. All returned items must be in resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, manuals, etc. If you need to return an Item, please contact us for a RMA# and a return address.
Once the item has been received by Bike Shop Supply and passed inspection, if you'd prefer an exchange, we will ship your new item(s) for free. For refunds, you will be refunded the original purchase price less shipping costs incurred by Bike Shop Supply and a 10% restocking fee.
