All
 warranty is for work performed by our technicians in our service 
center. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Our printers are 
foam in place packed, unless they are still in the original box and 
packing. We use a double wall box that is properly rated for the weight 
of the printer and the larger units are shipped on a pallet for extra 
protection. All of our products are security marked
. We use 2 forms of security markings 
on all the major components of our units. Violations to these markings 
will void all warranties.
Payment
We
 accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Wire Transfer. We also accept cash 
for in-person pick-up only. (Please DO NOT send cash through the mail!)

WARRANTY
All of our new and refurbished items 
come with a warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage incurred during
 shipping. Any item labeled "As Is" or "Tested Working" is not covered 
under our warranty policy.
The warranty is good for 90 days after 
your purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor. It does not cover 
consumables such as rollers, charge roller, transfer roller, fuser, 
toner or drum or transfer belt. We will cover the cost of shipping your 
warranty replacement to you, but you are responsible for the cost of 
shipping the original item back to us.
All items must be returned within their warranty period. They will then be inspected, and a refund or exchange will be issued.
We also offer an extended warranty, which is available at an additional cost.

A. Please refer to the manufacturer for compatibility information. We are unable to give compatibility recommendations. 
Q. Do I have to pay duties and taxes when placing an international order? 
A.
 YES! International customers will have to pay ALL duties and taxes that
 occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and 
taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for 
items rejected by your customs.
Q. How can I combine orders? 
A.
 When purchasing more than 1 item, BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THE ITEM, you can 
combine the items into a single order. Processing as a single order 
saves you shipping costs. Note: Any orders paid for individually, will 
be shipped individually.

Returns

 sales are final. No returns. DOA parts are subject to replacement only 
and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items being returned for

Returned packages with no RMA number will be refused. To obtain an RMA 
number, you must send a replacement request via eBay message. CEI is not
 responsible for any damage or deletion to systems that have resulted 
from the use of our product(s).

Insurance is required and applied on all international USPS Priority Mail parcels.

Signature Requirement 
Items
 valued at $50 or more, and being shipped via UPS will automatically 
require signature upon delivery. However, you may request no signature 
upon delivery if so desired. 
Shipping Adjustments 
Occasionally
 adjustments have to be made due to multiple packages. You will be 
notified before any changes are made. Buyer pays for shipping and 
insurance if required. 
International Shipping 
We
 (Computronics Enterprise, Inc.) will not be responsible for unclaimed, 
delayed, broken and/or damaged, opened, returned or lost package(s) 
shipped USPS mail. In any such case, you will still be charged the full 
price of the order. Once the package leaves the United States, it is out
 of our control. CEI is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other 
associated import fees that your country may impose, nor are they 
included in the item(s) price or shipping charge(s). All such fees are 
your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges. We do
 not mark merchandise below value or mark item(s) as a gift(s) - US and 
International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Please 
contact your customs office for information about additional fees prior 
to bidding/buying. The delivering freight company normally collects 
these charges or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for 
additional shipping charges. However, packages shipping UPS will be 
covered as a result of broken and/or damaged or lost package(s) based on

Additional Shipping Charges

 additional shipping charges resulting from customer error will be 
charged automatically to the customer's credit card or Paypal account

Handling Time 
UPS
 orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 5:00PM EST. Orders
 shipping with USPS will be shipped within 2-3 business days after 
payment is received.

Occasionally,
 we may ship your package via FedEx instead of UPS.UPS Next Day Air, UPS
 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select are also available per your request.
