Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via USPS, please make sure that your address is deliverable by the US Postal Service. Domestic shipments, including Puerto Rico, should arrive on your doorstep in 3 to 7 business days after we receive your order. International shipments are also processed within 24 hours and can take 7 to 21 business days to arrive after we receive your order.

If you use the expedited priority shipping option, your shipment should arrive on your doorstep in 2 to 4 business days (within continental USA) and 7 to 10 business days for international priority shipments.  Please note the shipping charges that you pay for priority shipments already include a handling fee.

Standard Return Policy:
In the case of an item arriving defective we will promptly replace the item at no additional cost. We offer a 30 day warranty on all items purchased, an exchange or refund will be given for of any defective items 

Please provide us with an adequate description of why you are requesting a return. If the product is defective, briefly recount the problem(s) you experienced. If you are returning an item for any other reason, please supply whatever information you feel may be pertinent. Simple notes help us process your RMA quicker

Standard Refund Policy:
All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless  found defective by seller.
Within 30 days of receipt 
Shipping & return shipping costs will not be refundable 
Physical damages and missing items/accessories in the return package will void the product warranty and eligibility for return
