Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via USPS, please make sure that your address is deliverable by the US Postal Service. Most in stock items should arrive on your doorstep 3 to 7 business days after we receive your order. 

If you use the expedited shipping option, your shipment should arrive on your doorstep 2 to 4 business days within continental USA after we receive your order.  Please also note that the shipping charges that you pay will have handling fee included already.

Standard Return Policy:
In the case of an item arriving defective we will promptly replace the item at no additional cost. We offer a 30 day warranty on all items purchased, an exchange or refund will be given for of any defective items 

Please provide us with an adequate description of why you are requesting a return. If the product is defective, briefly recount the problem(s) you experienced. If you are returning an item for any other reason, please supply whatever information you feel may be pertinent. Simple notes help us process your RMA quicker
