The Road Coach Acquidneck was a historic horse-drawn carriage used for pleasure driving in Newport, Rhode Island, during the Gilded Age. The first road coach to run out of Newport, it was owned and driven by Mr. H. Astor Carey. A specific, regular route from the Newport Casino is not mentioned in available historical records, but the coach was primarily used for fashionable drives through the city.
