Copyright 1927 MAP Chicago lithograph mark on bottom left hand corner. I am calling it antique even though 2 years shy of 100 years. Lithograph by Melville T. Wire as shown in right hand bottom corner.  Stunning American West landscape featuring white top mountains, green forest and pond with large rocks meandering through the artwork.  Frame measures 19.75" by 15.5". Original gold wood frame with some wear to the gold finish showing through as red tones. Under glass, well protected.4 small white spots throughout which I think are particles from the white backing. No rips or tears. Some minor joint loosening on the tiered corners.
