Gorgeous antique oil painting on old stretched canvas along with its original distressed frame. The scene features a Victorian era beach scene with properly dressed children, mother with basket sitting on rocks. Seagulls flying in the sky along with a young boy playing with a grounded seagull.  Much like modern times with children enchanted by the beach. Various picnic baskets present as well. No signature found. The original carved wood frame is very distressed with chippy cream colored paint. Raised scroll and shell design. The frame measures 25" length by 19.25" tall. The canvas is 18" by 12".  The canvas is in good condition with no rips or tears. It does need a good cleaning as the sky is darkened from age. I also see tiny white paint fleck spots, overspray.
